Refund policy

We have a satisfaction-guaranteed return policy, which means if you aren't happy about the results of our product you may request a return and we will refund your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@benetail.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will take good care of you from there.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
After our customer support team has confirmed your refund request, they will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@benetail.com.
