  1. Processing Time: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. This processing time may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

  2. Shipping Options and Costs: We offer free Standard Shipping for orders $19 or more. Orders below $19 will incur a $4.99 shipping fee. We also offer expedited shipping for $10.99 on all orders. If you spend $89 or more you will get expedited shipping for free. We may upgrade shipping times at no additional cost to the customer. All subscription orders automatically get free standard shipping.

  3. Shipping Times: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Here are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

  2. International Shipping: We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. 

  3. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return it for a refund.
