Canceling an Order
We allow cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@benetail.com with:

Reason for cancellation
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
Subscription customers can cancel or modify future deliveries at any time through their customer portal.
Already-processed subscription shipments cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
